1. Who we are
CodaraTec Inc. (“CodaraTec”, “we”, “us”) is a software company with its registered office in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. This policy covers codaratec.com as well as the products we operate, including 73hi.com (online tools), affipact.com (performance marketing platform) and 73ly.com (Android application hardening).

2. Information we collect
- Information you provide. Anything you send us directly — for example name, email address, company and project details submitted through our contact form or by email.
- Account and usage data. On products that require an account, we store credentials (hashed), profile details and activity logs needed to operate the service.
- Technical data. Standard web and application logs such as IP address, user agent, referring page, timestamps and error reports, used for security, debugging and capacity planning.
- Payment data. Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
3. Processing that happens on your device
Many tools on 73hi.com run entirely in your browser using WebAssembly. In those cases the files you select are processed locally and are not uploaded to our servers. Where a feature does require server-side processing, this is stated on the tool itself.
4. How we use information
- To provide, operate and support our websites and products;
- To respond to enquiries and deliver contracted project work;
- To detect abuse, fraud and security incidents and to keep our services reliable;
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations;
- To improve our products using aggregated, non-identifying statistics.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use client or customer content to train machine-learning models.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We keep cookies to a minimum: strictly necessary cookies for security and session handling, and optional analytics to understand aggregate traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect functionality that relies on them.
6. Sharing information
We share data only with service providers that help us run the business — hosting, email delivery, error monitoring, analytics and payment processing — under contractual confidentiality and data-protection terms. We disclose information to authorities only where legally required.

Our services are not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
